One civilization that the documentary fails to mention are the Phoenicians which were not even touched by the Sea People and if anything prospered greatly by this event. It is supported by archaeological evidence at most Phoenician settlements.

The collapse of the Bronze Age was hardly an apocalypse and is NOT a secret. As with many things in history it was a combination of many things. The influx of new people migrating to the Mediterranean, the start of the Iron Age, new technology always devastates old technology, natural disasters that happened on top of all the political disarray. These are not secrets and it was not an apocalypse.

@dixon97a The Nordic bronze age started way earlier and it started around 1700 bc.
The sea people fits very well with the description of the early Norse. And as I said we have many Petroglyph up here also from that time period and many of them showing people with spears and axes and big ships.

@BirkaViking If you look on Mycenaean pottery you will see their warriors had horned helmets, it’s one of their main characteristic. Just google and search for mycenaean warriors and look on their horned helmets.

@Zorro11144 Well I think still it was the Scandinavians because there are also pics at horn warriors here in Scandinavia.
The vikings and other Germanic tribes found its way down to Mediterranean Sea much later so its not very strange of the pre nordic warriors would find the way also.
In this video they also say that they still dont know who the sea people was but that many tribes also joined them.
When I hear the description of the sea warriors its sound exaktly like the pre nordic warriors.

@BirkaViking Well we know which people were the sea peoples, amongst them were Greek Mycenaean tribes and many western anatolians. Besides the Egyprian inscriptions say “The foreign countries (ie. Sea Peoples) made a conspiracy in their islands.” I think that phrase “photographs” who were the sea people and were did they come from, they obviously refer to the Aegean. And we know from archaological foundings in palestine that there was a Mycenean presence amongst the sea peoples.

Well my tip who the sea people was is that they were Scandinavians, the sea peoples ships are also very alike the ships you can find at Petroglyph in Scandinavia.
Now a days Sweden has most Petroglyph in Europe. And on many of them are ships and warriors with spears and axes.
